As a well-respected IR professional, Tina founded AIR in 2014, she brings deep capital markets expertise and relationships to her role in developing and executing impactful IR programs, focusing on U.S. listed China based companies. Previously, Tina was a partner of IR Agency for over 5 years, serving U.S. listed Chinese companies.


Terrence DeFranco


Terrence brings to AIR substantial Wall Street experience and capital market advisory platform to U.S. based corporate clients. Prior to joining AIR, Terrence was the Managing Member of OneSource Advisors, a corporate consulting firm focused on providing strategic advisory services to boards of directors of public companies.


Eric Wu


Dr. Wu brings his distinguished stock market experience and academic achievement to AIR. Prior to joining us, Dr. Wu was a Managing Director of NYPC Kopp Fund, a China-based private equity fund. Before that, Dr. Wu was a Senior Vice President at Alliance Advisors LLC, a New York-based IR consulting firm.
